Karla Bland
Karla has over 20 years cycling expereince. She holds a degree in Psychology and Kinesiology from the University of North Texas. Highlights of her cycling career include being the first African American woman to earn a medal at a world championship track cycling competition. She also served as a pilot on a tandem for a visually impaired rider in the 2000 Paralympic Games in Sydney, Australia and the 2001 European Disabled Championships in Zurich, Switzerland. Karla is a USA Cycling certified Expert Level II Coach.
